Padres outfielder Justin Upton was angry after he got picked off on Saturday, and tried to spike his helmet into the ground when he got back to the dugout. But he accidentally threw it behind him . . . and hit teammate was first baseman Yonder Alonso in the HEAD. It hit him hard enough that he actually fell off the bench he was sitting on. Then he couldn't play the rest of the game, because he had to get checked for a concussion.
