If you've ever wondered what would happen if a guy threw his cowboy hat off an Idaho mountain, wonder no more. A guy did it and recorded video, so now you can watch the results.

There's no context for this whatsoever. It's a cowboy on a mountain and he throws his hat off. I'm assuming he's a cowboy although he could just be a guy with a good taste in hats. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

I spent an unhealthy amount of time trying to figure out which Idaho mountain he is on. He mentions being 10,000 feet up. Most Idaho peaks are listed at 11,000 and up, so this is a bit of a mystery and I am not smart enough to tell by just looking at his video. Summit Post has a list of Idaho's tallest peaks, if you'd like to try and figure this out.

I was also trying to determine wind speed. Anyone that has attempted to climb Borah knows that the wind can nearly turn you into a kite with little effort.

I have an even bigger question. How did this guy climb 10,000 feet in a duster? Inquiring minds want to know.
