I don't know what there are more of - fashion fads or diet fads. In just the last few weeks I've heard of diets where you count your bites, or you only need to exercise for 1 minute each day, and now another new diet for 2015 - don't eat after 4pm.

Yeah - basically pretend you are a pre-Gremlin Mogwai and don't eat after a certain hour and your body will learn when to burn calories because it can predict when the food is coming and ending. The rules are below.

  • Eat all your food within an 8 hour period.
  • Eat your meals at the same time every day.
  • Don't eat anything after 4pm.

But hey - it's always 5 o'clock somewhere. So if you already ate, this diet isn't for you.
