Are Earwigs Taking Over Twin Falls

I can't be the only one who has had their yard taken over by earwigs this year. I mean, they are everywhere!

We always have tons of ants in our yard and we usually have a good amount of earwigs, but this year we seem to have more of them than anything else. They are hiding in our fruit trees, around the base of everything, and they love hiding in the foam pool noodles! Honestly though, I can handle them, but if they were spiders I'd be selling my house or lighting it on fire.
