Benito Baeza

Benito is a transplant from a small town in New Mexico but has lived and worked in the Magic Valley since the Summer of 2007. He comes to KLIX as the News Director and AM Idaho anchor. Previously Benito worked as a reporter for a Twin Falls TV Station. He started his broadcast career in radio working for a small public radio station in New Mexico. Benito enjoys being outdoors and believes Southern Idaho is one of the best places for that. He likes to get out and hike the South Hills (or any hill for that matter), kayak the Snake River, and in the winter, hit the mountains with a snowboard.

Burley Man Sentenced for Having and Distributing Child Pornography

POCATELLO, Idaho (PRESS RELEASE) – Danny Henderson, 42, of Burley, Idaho, was sentenced yesterday to 20 years in prison for possessing, distributing, and receiving child pornography, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced.  Chief U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill also imposed 15 years of supervised release.  Henderson pleaded guilty on February 10, 2016.
