Battle of the Bands Scheduled for Sept. 10 at CSI

TWIN FALLS, Idaho – A friendly competition has been planned between local musical groups in September at the College of Southern Idaho.

Battle of the Bands, sponsored by CSI’s Program Board, is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 10, outside the Student Union building.

Eight bands will compete: This Awkward Moment, Underlyfe, Freckled By Myth, AsFireFalls, Illest*Lyricists, Russell Overbay, Life-Without, and Main & Motors.

Half of each band’s overall score will be from a panel of judges, according to information provided by the college. The other half of the score will come from audience reaction.

The event is free and open to the public.
