Blaine School Superintendent’s Contract Under Scrutiny

BLAINE COUNTY, Id. ( KMVT / KSVT ) - The Blaine County School Board is under scrutiny after extending Superintendent Dr. GwenCarol Holmes' contract another two years.

Blaine County Prosecuting Attorney Jim Thomas says there were two procedural violations in the way the contract extension was handled. Holmes' contracted salary is reported to be the highest in Idaho for a school Superintendent. She makes $168,000 a year.
