Body Found at American Falls Missing Since January

AMERICAN FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A body found on a beach at American Falls Reservoir in eastern Idaho earlier this week has been identified as a Pocatello man missing since January.

The Power County Sheriff's Office on Thursday said the body found Monday is 30-year-old Ernesto Gabriel Galvan. He was reported missing Jan. 4.

Power County Sheriff Jim Jeffries says the body had been out in the elements for a long period.

A cause of death hasn't been determined.
