Boomer the Dog Appears on Dr. Phil

A few weeks ago we heard that a man trying to live a dog's life (named, eerily, "Boomer") appeared on Tosh.0.  I cannot stress what a weird combination it is to feel creeped out, flattered, and mystified all in one short video.
