Boy Falls Into Coma After Friend Jokingly Grabs His Testicles

"Which hurts more: pregnancy, or getting kicked in the balls?"  I will never engage in this debate since no one can experience both.  

BUT.

A *friend* told me this one might win a point for the fellas.

Gizmodo reported on a 17 year old boy fell into a coma after being squeezed in the testicles.  He suffered a heart attack when a friend jokingly gave the boys a grab.

... Wait, is this NOT the correct thing to do?  I thought this was how normal men greeted each other.  I may owe several hundred people an apology.
