It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we're excited to partner with the Wellness Tree Clinic in Twin Falls to help raise money and awareness for this terrible disease.

The Wellness Tree Clinic has brought us general info and tips from Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center for breast cancer prevention.

Today's Tip #3 of 8 from Fred Hutch:

  1. Keep physically active. Research suggests that increased physical activity, even when begun later in life, reduces overall breast-cancer risk by about 10 percent to 30 percent. All it takes is moderate exercise like a 30-minute walk five days a week to get this protective effect.
