BURLEY, Idaho (AP) — Police have arrested a man after finding more than 100 images of child pornography on his home computer.

The Times-News  reports on magicvalley.com that 41-year-old Danny Ray Henderson Jr. of Burley made an initial appearance Tuesday at Cassia County Magistrate Court. He is facing a felony charge of possessing sexually explicit photographs of children.

A special agent with the Idaho Department of Homeland Security had informed police that Henderson had attached suspected pornographic images of children in an email.

Police interviewed Henderson who they say admitted to viewing pornography on his computer and viewing pictures that he thought were of children.

The penalty for possession of child pornography is up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

A preliminary hearing has been set for Aug. 14.
