The main purpose of a staffing company is to attempt to make good fits between people and potential employers. This connection will not be successful if a person believes that they can earn a living by working when they feel like it and by doing the bare minimum.

I've spent some time on the front lines employed by a Twin Falls staffing agency in a supervisory position, and I've directed a group of temporary staffers on the factory floor of one of the county's largest employers. Now, I'm not calling out this individual, nor am I defending the company that was put on blast, but I will say that I have first-hand experience working in this field and can say that these employment businesses usually have the worker's best interest in mind.
