Child of Light stars a girl named Aurora, a girl who became extremely sick and fell into a coma. Upon awaking, she finds herself in the world of Lemuria. The Black Queen of Lemuria stole its sun, moon and stars from its skies, and Aurora must venture out into Lemuria and set things right using Child of Light's traditional RPG elements intertwined with its classic, platforming gameplay.

For a world that has no celestial bodies above it, Lemuria looks absolutely gorgeous. Everything is done in watercolor-esque graphics to the point where it simply looks like art in motion.
