Time is already flying by and Ella from the College of Southern Idaho is back to tell you about their upcoming events.
Spring Semester Starting Soon...
- CSI’s spring semester registration begins Tuesday, January 20, 2015 and will continue through Friday.
- All offices are open until 6 PM.
- The college will be closed on Monday for Martin Luther King Day.
Comedian's Coming to Twin Falls...
- The CSI Program Board is bringing two southern California comedians to Twin Falls next Friday, the 23rd. Damian Holmes and ‘Ope’ will perform at 7:30 next Friday in the Fine Arts Auditorium. Both have appeared on California campuses and comedy clubs and are starting to expand their reach.
- Admission for CSI students is free.
- Tickets for the general public are $10 each, or if you bring an item of non-perishable food to donate to a local food bank, you can get in for just $5.
The CSI Stage Door Series continues...
- The CSI Stage Door Series continues at 7:30 Thursday, the 22nd with ‘Snakes and Snails and Puppy Dog Tails.’ This will be a multi-media presentation on the many aspects of masculinity in our modern society.
- The Stage Door Series seats the audience right on the Fine Arts Auditorium stage with the performers – it’s a very different kind of entertainment.
- Tickets are $10 at the door.
Herrett Forum...
- ISU professor Brian Attebery will be the speaker at next Wednesday’s Herrett Forum.
- Attebery is an author and editor of several science fiction and fantasy books and articles. He’ll talk about ‘Utopias and Dystopias’ ranging from Fahrenheit 451 to the Hunger Games.
- 7:30 Wednesday at the Herrett Center – admission is free of charge.
