HOLLISTER, Idaho (KLIX) – Crews are in the stages of mopping up a brush fire that started a little after 3 p.m. today near Hollister.

Salmon Track Fire Department responded to the blaze at 2800 East and 2500 North, said Lori Stewart, spokeswoman for the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office, but it requested assistance from Rock Creek Fire Department. The call came in at 3:13 p.m.

It was not known at the time how large the fire was, Stewart said. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
