Jerome, Idaho (KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - The man wanted by the Jerome County Sheriff’s office following a early morning shooting on April 6, 2014 turned himself into authorities Monday.

According to the Sheriff’s office, Cruz Tyson Rubalcava was charged with Burglary and Grand Theft. He is being held in the Jerome County Jail on a $25,000 bond.  The charges stem from an incident where deputies found 34 year old Angel A Casa-Aquino suffering from a gun Shot wound to the stomach.

The victim was taken to St. Luke’s in Twin Falls. According to reports, two Hispanic Males confronted Angel outside his home as he was preparing to leave for work. One shot Angel and the two then left in the victim’s car.

On 04/07/2014 the victim’s vehicle was stopped in the City of Jerome, Idaho and two suspects were taken into custody. The driver, Caleb Hensley 29 years old, from Hazelton, Idaho was charged with a Parole Violation warrant from the State of Idaho. Enrique Arteaga, 29 years old, from Hazelton, Idaho was charged with a misdemeanor drug possession charge.

Investigation is continuing to determine their connection to the shooting.
