TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – The College of Southern Idaho has adopted two new processes designed to help new college students be more successful.

The college has implemented mandatory advising and early application deadlines for all new full-time students seeking a degree.

"These six-hour sessions acquaint students with every benefit, service, deadline and option available to them," reads a CSI news release, "including all of CSI’s online tools how to navigate and stay current with student loans, scholarship availability, class advising and how to actually complete your first two years of college in just two years," among other things.

Eight sessions – offered at CSI campuses in Twin Falls, Burley, Hailey and Idaho Falls – are scheduled in May, seven sessions each in June and July, and six sessions in August.

For additional information, call the Office of Admissions at 732-6221 or visit this CSI web page.
