Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) With the fall semester set to get underway over at the College of Southern Idaho. The CSI board of trustees met this afternoon to approve the fiscal year 2015 budget.  One of the biggest changes this year will be tuition and fees.

Due to declining numbers, the board approved a 5 dollar per credit increase. From $110 last year, to $115 per credit this year. CSI Vice President of Admissions, Mike Mason says CSI is still one of the lowest in the state.
