Hodo Abdul from The College of Southern Idaho joined The Morning Show with Brad and Jackie today to discuss upcoming events at CSI.

These are the upcoming CSI events:

  • Rad Run 5K. The CSI Radiology Technician students, also known as the Rad Tech Club, will host their annual Rad Run 5K this Saturday morning at 10 a.m. The race will begin at the flagpoles at the front of the campus. Registration begins at 9 a.m. Each runner or walker will get a T-shirt and a raffle ticket for several prizes. Additional raffle tickets can be bought at the race. All proceeds help the Rad Tech students.
  • Telescope Tuesdays are back at the Herrett Center now through next February. The Herrett Center holds these events twice a month during the darkest months of the year to give people more chances to look through the telescopes. The next one is this coming Tuesday the 8th of November at 6:30 p.m. Telescope Tuesdays are the first and third Tuesdays of the month. They begin a half hour after sunset. Admission is $2.50 for adults and $1.50 for kids.
  • 38th annual CSI Harvest Time Festival will be next weekend, November 11th through 13th at the Expo Center. This is the biggest student-run event of the entire year at CSI. CSI Hospitality students have lined up some 200 vendors who will be selling holiday arts and crafts, candy, toys, kitchen accessories, candles, ornaments, home décor, and more. CSI Culinary Arts students will sell lunch items and treats throughout the show. Admission is $3 per person and there are raffle prizes every 20 minutes. 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, the 11th and 12th and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, the 13th.
