Last week, NASCAR legend Dick Trickle committed suicide at the age of 71.  Before he ended his own life, he first called 911 to notify them:

“[T]here would be a dead body and it would be his.“

Here is that 911 call from TMZ:

I've never lost anyone to suicide, but I do know I would always wonder why?  Why didn't they come to me?  Why didn't I see it?  Why didn't I help?

All I know is, there are so many great things to live for.  Like live music, fish tacos, cheesecake, puppies, love, shooting a gun for the first time, riding a roller coaster.  The list goes on and on.

If you or someone you know needs help, PLEASE get the help you deserve.  All of us deserve to live long, crazy lives.
