Driver Ticketed After Interstate Crash Near Eden

JEROME COUNTY, Id ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) One woman has been cited with inattentive driving after causing a crash on the interstate in Jerome County.

According to police, the woman was traveling westbound on I84 around seven Monday evening when she crossed the median near the Eden exit. Her car then struck the back tires of a swift tractor trailer.

She was able to walk away with minor injuries, but did receive a ticket for not paying attention to the road. One eastbound lane was blocked for nearly an hour as crews cleaned up the wreckage.
