SANDPOINT, Idaho (AP) — The U.S. Geological Survey says a light, magnitude 3.1 quake was recorded Friday night in north Idaho. There were no reports of damage. Ten people logged onto the USGS earthquake website to report having felt the quake. The epicenter was about 9 miles east-southeast of Sandpoint. The quake was about 3 miles deep.
