Good news for Pearl Jam fans: Frontman Eddie Vedder announced today that he will release his second solo album later this year, on May 31.

The album, titled 'Ukulele Songs,' will reportedly feature original songs and covers on his ukulele, a new version of Pearl Jam's 'Can't Keep' and guest appearances by Chan Marshall of Cat Power and 'Once' star Glen Hansard.

In addition to 'Ukulele Songs,' May 31 will also see the DVD release of 'Water on the Road,' Vedder's first solo concert movie.

In the meantime, for fans who can't quite wait until May for new music, we bring you even more good news: Vedder also announced that the album's first single, 'Longing to Belong,' will be released digitally March 22nd.
