GWAR, who formed in 1984 in Virginia, are on tour, and bringing their graphic, heavy- metal act to Boise, on Friday, October 12. Hatebreed will also be performing with the band, according to the venue's website.

Dubbed as the "The Gore, Core, Metal & More Tour," the two bands originally were scheduled to perform at the Knitting Factory. A recent fire at the factory has resulted in the show being moved to the Revolution Concert House & Event Center.
