Gooding, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - The Gooding School Superintendent Mary Larson has resigned her position. That’s the word from the school board, who confirmed that the district’s leader resigned Tuesday night.

Larson had been the center of pressure from employees and district patrons for several months. In November of 2014, 116 out of 128 employees of the district gave her a no confidence vote.

Now, the district is preparing to discuss where they need to go from here. Idaho’s First news is following this story and will have the latest as it becomes available.
