Portion of Golf Course Road in Jerome Closed

Jerome, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - A head on crash involving two vehicles closed a portion of Golf Course road for a short time Monday afternoon.

It happened just before 3pm. Four people, three of them children, were injured. The crash involved a Dodge Caravan and a Ford Escort. Authorities told KMVT that an adult, a juvenile and an infant were hurt in the Caravan while a juvenile male in the car suffered an injury. The adult and infant were ejected when the vehicles collided.

The accident completely blocked the road, closing it between 400 and 500 South, but it has since been re-opened. The extent of injuries is not known at this time.
