Idaho Officials Work Towards ADA Compliancy for State Capitol Building
BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Idaho officials are working toward making the state Capitol building compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Officials tell The Spokesman-Review that the cost for the upgrades is about $400,000. The U.S. Department of Justice began looking into accessibility following a complaint two years ago. That's not long after a $130 million renovation was completed.
