If ever a list has felt wrong, none has felt more wrong to me than this. Idaho is listed as a top 5 state for sleeping. All I can say is not at my house.

Health Grove ranked states based on the following criteria: percentage of adults who say they get enough sleep, percent of obese adults and those with diabetes.

I'm sure the people at the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention are much smarter than me. But, what does obesity and diabetes have to do with sleep? I guess if you're obese and depressed about it, maybe you want to sleep more. I can't connect the dots but that doesn't necessarily mean this isn't valid.

The one thing that does make sense is South Dakota is #1. If I lived in South Dakota, I would sleep.
