I’ll Show You My Ink If You’ll Show Me Yours

I'm not the kind of guy you look at and think "I bet he has tons of tattoos". When you look like you could have starred on The Andy Griffith Show as a child, tattoos are not the first thing that comes to mind.

Believe it or not, I have 3 pieces of art on my person. About 10 years ago, I had a white tiger etched on my right arm cause my wife likes seeing her name. 13 years ago, I let my radio show listeners choose a tattoo and then I had it cut into me live on-the-air. They, of course, chose the biggest tattoo they could think of which was an eagle.

I can tell you one thing about getting an eagle tattoo. Those feathers hurt big time. By the way, I also let my listeners choose the words "Radio Outlaw". It's not like I think I'm some big and bad cool outlaw guy. No, I'm a dork that just happens to have several tattoos now.

Why would I take the chance of traumatizing you by showing you my skin? Couple reasons. First, I think tattoos are an awesome art form. The guys that did my tats are super-talented. Second, I want to invite you to share your ink.
