Is the Snake That Bit Bear Grylls’ Producer Found in Idaho? [NSFW PICTURE]

Proceed with caution.  Bear Grylls' Producer, Steve Rankin (right) was bit in the foot by a "Fer-de-lance" or "Velvet" snake and the before and after pictures are quite disturbingly NOT Safe For Work.  You've been warned.

So could this happen in Idaho?  According to The Daily Mail:

'One of the deadliest snakes in the world': A "Fer-de-lance" or "Velvet" snake is extremely dangerous and found in tropical regions of America and Asia.

That's good news, however, Idaho does have rattlers to worry about.   According to Venombyte.com, Idaho's poisonous snakes include:

• Great Basin Rattlesnake - Crotalus oreganus lutosus
• Northern Pacific Rattlesnake - Crotalus oreganus oreganus
• Prairie Rattlesnake - Crotalus viridis viridis
