Is There A Nightlife In Twin Falls?
I have to ask a question that I've been afraid to ask. Is there really a nightlife in Twin Falls and if so, where is it?
This isn't a question that affects me. I have a family with many kids. I don't drink alcohol. For my entertainment, I stand in the yard and wait for the sprinkler to turn on. But, I have had many people complain to me that there is no real "nightlife" in our fair city. So, I decided to do some research and see what I could find. The results do not tell a good story.
I searched for nightlife in Twin Falls on Foursquare and Yelp. The interesting thing is the results are almost entirely restaurants. Here are the top 5 results for nightlife on Foursquare:

Yelp's results are similar. Lots of food places.

I'm a big fan of food, but the main complaint I hear is the lack of clubs. Maybe there exists a big Twin Falls club circuit and I'm just out-of-touch. Try not to laugh when I say that.
When I ask my co-workers what they did last night, if they went out, it was almost always to a movie.
Clue me in. Is there a nightlife in Twin Falls or should we all resume our sprinkler watch in our yards?
