TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – The Idaho Transportation Department has launched a new website in an effort to help customers better find information and services. The new site also is compatible with mobile devices.

“It comes down to usability,” Director Brian Ness said. “Our goal was to create an interface that is intuitive and easy for our customers.”

The new site condenses 30 DMV pages into one page, which includes both tabs and accordians.

The redesign involved ITD staff from different divisions, according to information from the department, and included a team specifically assigned to the redesign project. Team members contributed input and comments designed to make the site as user-friendly as possible.
