ITD Seeks Public Comment on Magic Valley Projects
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – Three road safety projects in the Magic Valley are among the topics that citizens can comment on through the end of the year at the Idaho Transportation Department.
ITD is taking public comment through Dec. 30 on several safety projects across the state, including two signal projects in Twin Falls.
The first proposal is for signals and turn bays on Shoshone Street, a project that is estimated at $1.3 million; the second proposal is for signalization at Washington Street and Falls Avenue, with an estimated price tag of $544,000.
Another project, guardrail and signage work, is proposed in the Wendell Highway District in Gooding County. Estimated cost of this project is $95,000.
