TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A former secretary of an irrigation company in Jerome accused of stealing $121,500 has pleaded guilty to grand theft.

The Times-News reports that 38-year-old Judith Mary Kay Scantlin, of Twin Falls, on Friday pleaded guilty to two counts of grand theft. She was charged in March of 27 counts, but admitted to taking only $5,000 from her former employer A & G Irrigation.

As part of a plea agreement, Scantlin will either be put on probation or undergo a therapeutic and educational program directed by the Idaho Department of Corrections. She is scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 29.
