The list of drunkest counties is actually the result of a statewide study as reported by County Health Rankings. According to their numbers, 23% of the residents in Lincoln County report excessive drinking.

How does Lincoln compare with the rest of the Magic Valley? According to this study, Twin Falls county reports 13% excessive drinking by residents, 14% by Jerome and 12% by Gooding. The puritans in Cassia County claim only 10% excessive drinking.
