Lincoln County Man’s Case On Hold Pending Psychological Evaluation

LINCOLN COUNTY, Id (KMVT / KSVT) Phillip Allen Dehart, a Lincoln County man, appeared in court Tuesday facing five counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor.

Dehart was arrested in February for allegedly touching his nephew and nieces inappropriately. All of the children were under the age of sixteen. During the pretrial conference, Judge Butler ordered Dehart to Health and Welfare where he will have a psychiatric evaluation done.

This usually takes about three to four weeks. His case is on hold until the evaluation is finished.
