Looks like there will be new Rosalina, Wario and Donkey Kong amiibos coming with Mario's next party game. Good news, as long as you can get a hold of them.

On Mario Party 10's Japanese website, Nintendo has put out an update for amiibo figures, showing a few new ones releasing with the party game. Each of the three characters will be getting new sculpts to go along with the rest of the gang, including special red bases to separate them from previous iterations. The website also reveals that there will not only be special amiibo figures for these three characters, but also special boards for them as well. However, it looks as though these three won't be the only characters to have special boards. There are also special boards shown for the rest of the cast -- Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Toad, Yoshi and Bowser.

If you missed out on the first versions of these characters, you'd better keep your eyes peeled for updates on their release dates. The first Rosalina figure sold out extremely quickly during its original release, so if you've been hoping to get your hands on the new one, you'd better set your alarms.

Mario Party 10 is set to launch in March so there's a good chance that we will have an updated account of what these new amiibo figures have in store for us in a few weeks. Hopefully none of the upcoming releases will be tied to specific retailers again.
