Console fans rejoice! Microsoft is looking for a way to make your PC-only games playable on Xbox One.

It's recent news that Microsoft is looking to include a streaming feature in Windows 10 that will allow gamers to stream games from their Xbox One to their computer or tablet. However, Polygon reports that Microsoft has been looking to do the opposite as well, which means players might one day be able to stream games from their PC to an Xbox One.

What does this mean for the Xbox One? Some PC exclusives could get the opportunity to travel onto your current-gen Xbox. Of course, not every game would be able to make the transition and the streaming would be exclusive to Windows 10-compatible PC games. Nevertheless, we're rather excited as to what the future can bring, and we're loving how thin the veil between PC and console gaming is getting.

"People ask about the streaming in the opposite direction — can I stream from my PC to my Xbox? — and I'll just say it's something that we're really looking at," Phil Spencer, the head of Xbox, explained. "This announcement is what we have, but if you think about that vision — my games are my games wherever I am, and I can play with whoever I want to play with — we want to be able to land solutions that are as native as the one we showed there. We just have to kind of work with the physics of time and try to work it development schedules."

While there aren't any specific details surrounding the entire thing, it seems that Microsoft is trying to make the wishes of every console gamer out there come alive by blurring the line between PC and Xbox gaming. We'll just have to wait to see if the further development of Windows 10 will bring any new updates on this anticipated feature.
