TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – Firefighters made quick work of a fire that started in a vehicle’s engine Tuesday morning at an apartment complex in Twin Falls.

The fire was reported a little before 10 a.m. at the Twin Falls Gardens Apartment complex on Lois Street.

Mick Sharp, owner of the blue Mazda minivan, said he got home about 30 minutes before the fire started. Cause of the fire has not been determined, he said, but it likely was the result of an electrical problem.

Firefighters extinguished the flames within minutes after arriving at the scene. No injuries were reported.
