HAUSER, Idaho (AP) — A northern Idaho Halloween attraction where a Washington state man died after being hit by a bus has closed for the season.

The Spokesman-Review reports that the Incredible Corn Maze in Hauser closed Monday. The season was scheduled to run through Saturday. Eighteen-year-old Jeremy McSpadden Jr. of Spokane Valley, Washington, died Oct. 10. The business closed for a week following the death before reopening. McSpadden was a role player in the "Zombie Slayer Paintball Bus" attraction.

Witnesses say the teenager was dressed as a zombie when he emerged from his hiding place and ran toward a modified school bus carrying paintball players. Witnesses say he tripped and fell in front of the rear tires and got run over. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the death.
