MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — The owner of an Idaho mobile home park must pay damages to residents who went more than 90 days without potable drinking water.

The Lewiston Tribune reports about 140 residents filed a class-action lawsuit last year against the owner of the Syringa Mobile Home Park in Moscow. Documents filed last week in Latah County 2nd District Court show the sides reached a settlement.

The owner, Magar Magar, can't close the park for at least the next year and must pay $2,000 per mobile home unit to all current park residents.
