When you decide to diet - there all sorts of options! Now there is a diet that counts how many bites you take. According to the diet you are allowed to take 100 bites and you have to chew them 10-20 each and that will help you lose weight.Sounds pretty great - you don't have to count calories, fat content, or carbs. But you do still have to count. I am pretty sure it won't work too well if all of those bites are spent on candy bars and ice cream though.

You should also avoid taking in calories you don't have to bite, like the calories in soda, milkshakes, or drinking gravy through a straw.
