CALDWELL, Idaho (KLIX) One person died after a Chevrolet Tahoe rolled in the median near Caldwell early this morning on Interstate 84. Idaho State Police say 20-year-old Ilija Matunovic, of Moab, Utah, was driving the SUV when he drove into the median at around 1 a.m., rolled, and ended up in the westbound lanes. ISP says a passenger, not yet identified, was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown out. The victim died at the scene. Another passenger, 42-year-old Daniel Vijil, of Blanding, UT, was wearing a seat belt and taken to the hospital in Boise along with the driver who also had his seat belt on. The westbound lanes of the interstate were blocked for more than three hours.
