Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - Late Tuesday afternoon new information surfaced in connection to last week’s Twin Falls motel shooting that left one man dead.

According to court records, Emmillie Sarnirand has been placed into custody for harboring a wanted felon.

It's alleged that on February 12th, William Mcgrath contacted Sarnirand and asked for help.

Mcgrath claims Sarnirand picked him up in Twin Falls, helped to pick up personal items, and let him stay on her couch at her residence in Jerome County.

Later she allegedly began making arraignments to help McGarth to get out of the state of Idaho.

She has been charged with one count of harboring a wanted felon and two counts of accessory to a felony.

She is currently in custody of the Twin Falls county jail and will be back in court for a preliminary hearing on February 26th at 8:15 A.M.
