The Perrine Bridge Festival is this Saturday at the visitors center near the Perrine Bridge. The festival consists of many different activities. This is a family friendly event that benefits local children with special needs.

Below is a list of all the various events that will take place during the festival:

BASE Jumpers - The event annual events commences at 12:00 pm on Saturday the 12th. Come join others in the BASE community for a day of excitement.

5k/ FunRun/Walk  - The 5K Run/Walk is just for fun. Come support the “Children with Special Needs” fund. Register early to insure your event day t-shirt. Cost is $25 before 8/22/15 and $30 after. Registration at 8:00am at the Visitor Center, race starts at 8:30am.

KIDS SuperHero FunRun/Walk - The cost is $15.00 per child and includes a t-shirt, snack and prizes! Please register before 8/15 to insure your event day t-shirt. Registration is 11am at the Visitor center. The race starts at 11:30am.

Run*Bike*Paddle - This event has three legs of competition. It can be a group or individual event. Participants start out running a 5k, then a 10 mile bike ride to Auger Falls, then they will paddle for 1 mile to the Perrine Bridge and back. The event was designed as a business to business challenge or for other groups of competitors. Registration is at 7am at Centennial Park. The race begins at 7:30am.

Burpees For Bikes - This event consists of a competition to crown the fastest burpee athlete. Participant must complete 68 burpees in the shortest time possible. Registration begins at 10 am at the Visitors Center.
