Police: Driver Failed to Stop at Intersection Near Buhl, Causes Crash

The following information was issued by Idaho State Police:

On January 19, 2016, at approximately 6:56 p.m., a two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of 1200 East and 4000 North, southwest of Buhl. 

A 2001 GMC pickup, driven by Brad Erdmann, 39 of Buhl, was northbound on 1200 East, when he failed to stop for the stop sign at 4000 North and collided with a 2000 Mitsubishi Mirage, driven by Meryle Paxman, 73 of Buhl, who was headed westbound on 4000 North.

Erdmann was not wearing his seatbelt, but was not transported from the crash.  Paxman was wearing her seatbelt and was transported to St. Lukes Magic Valley. The crash remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
