LEWISTON, Idaho (AP) €” Idaho police are penalizing three bars in Lewiston after a November event at a bar called the 3rd Wheel allegedly violated laws against nudity and simulated sex acts.

The Lewiston Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1IR4fDW ) the Alcohol Beverage Control Bureau has issued a $10,000 fine and 15-day liquor license suspension against Weber Inc., which is the parent company for Alibi, Sports Edition and the 3rd Wheel. The suspension will take place at the three bars from June 28 to July 13.

According to police documents, two undercover officers acted as patrons at an event advertised as the "Ultimate Males Las Vegas Style Strip Show." The officers allegedly witnessed activities that are prohibited at establishments licensed to sell beer, wine or alcohol.

Business owner Theresa Clark says business has been hit hard.
