CORRECTION: Earlier versions of this story indicated that Lori Caudill was the driver of the car. She was not. She was the school bus driver. 

BURLEY, Idaho (KLIX)- A school bus and car were involved in a crash west of Burley Tuesday morning.

According to Cassia County Sheriff Jay Heward a school bus and passenger car collided at 200 West and 100 South in Cassia County at around 7:30am. According to the incident report witnesses say the driver failed to stop at a stop sign.

The driver of the car Lydia Wigington, 19 of Burley, was taken to the hospital. Wigington was issued a citation for Inattentive or careless driving.

According to reports there were five students on the bus. Two students on the bus had slight injuries. One of them was taken by ambulance to hospital and later released.
