SUN Airport Art Committee Seeks Pieces for Six-month Exhibit

HAILEY, Idaho (KLIX) – Artists 18 years and older, who either live in Blaine County or create art inspired by central Idaho, may submit their work for consideration in the upcoming SUN Art Exhibit.

The SUN Airport Art Committee is seeking works of art for the six-month exhibition that begins in November. About 30 pieces of art will be displayed in the exhibit at Friedman Memorial Airport.

An independent jury comprising representatives of the airport, local art galleries and advocates, and the Hailey, Ketchum and Bellevue arts commissions will select the work to be included in the exhibit.

There is no fee to apply. Get an application here, and submit to: artsubmitfmaac@gmail.com. Deadline to submit an application is Oct. 14. The exhibit will run Nov. 10 through May 18.
